Shipping and Handling Information
We ship via Xend, JAM Global Express, LBC or JRS (for provincial deliveries or large items), or Pedala Bike Messengers (for some cash-on-delivery orders).
Shipping is free for all orders over P2000. For orders P2000 and below, our shipping and handling rates are as follows:
Within Metro Manila:
- P50 if payment is made via GCash or bank deposit
- P150 if payment is made via cash-on-delivery (some parts of Metro Manila only)
- P180 if payment is made via PayPal
Rest of the Philippines:
- P110 if payment is made via GCash or bank deposit
- P220 if payment is made via PayPal
The shipping/handling cost will be included in your shopping cart.
Items are usually delivered 2 to 4 days after payment within NCR, and 4 to 8 days after payment outside of NCR (except for COD shipments). For bulky items, please allow an extra day or two.Kindly email us if your shipment is delayed so we can follow it up with the courier right away.
