7-Day Returns
Did you order the wrong size or wrong color? You can return the item for store credit! In case you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns on any unused, unopened, original-condition non-consumable products in exchange for store credit. Our return policies are as follows:
- You may return the item within 7 calendar days for store credit (less shipping).
- All returns must be unused, unwashed, unopened, undamaged, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have odor, smoke, dirt, lipstick, perfume, etc.
- For details on returning the product, kindly email us at info[at]pinoybaby[dot]com or use our contact page. We will send you an address to which you can ship the product together with the original invoice that was sent to you when the order was shipped to you. The customer will pay for the shipping expense.
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 7 days. Any returns accepted after 7 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your store credit.
- Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt. We will email you once your return has been processed.
- Consumable items such as bath and body products (baby washes, lotions, etc.) cannot be returned.

Manufacturer Defects
We are official resellers of all the products we carry, and this means that we are in direct contact with almost all the manufacturers of the products we sell. (We don't just buy our stock on Amazon and ship it via balikbayan box!)
Manufacturer defects are mistakes made by the manufacturer that make the product unusable. If you notice any manufacturer defects when you receive your item, inform us within 50 days from the time the item is shipped to you. We will put you in touch with the manufacturer so you can inform them of your concern and find out if you can avail of the manufacturers' warranty.
Buy and Try for 21 Days!
(Risk-free Trial for Some One-Size Pocket Diapers)
Yes, we're now offering a 21-day risk free trial on some of our one-size pockets! Wash and use any of the following one-size pocket diapers: bumGenius, Wahmies, Rocky Mountain, Charlie Banana one-size pocket diapers. If you aren't happy with it, just wash it well, return it (including free inserts), and receive full store credit for it!
1. Applies ONLY to online purchases made at http://store.pinoybaby.com using the online shopping cart. Does NOT apply to SALE, CLEARANCE or USED items. Does NOT apply to purchases made at a physical store or bazaar.
2. Applies to bumGenius, Wahmies, Rocky Mountain and Charlie Banana One-Size Pocket Diapers. Does not apply to other brands of diapers. Does not apply to Charlie Banana swim diapers. Does not apply to individually-purchased inserts or other accessories.
3. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. We are not responsible for packages we do not receive. We recommend you take note of tracking information to make sure the package gets to us.
4. Used returns must be received by us within 21 days of the original shipping date (the date the package was picked up by our courier to be sent to you; this is usually 1 business day after we received your payment). Kindly allow sufficient shipping time when planning your return.
5. Used returns MUST include a printed and filled out copy of the Buy and Try Return Form, as well as your official receipt.
6. All used returns MUST be clean and free of odors, dirt, rips, tears, stains, residue (e.g., diaper cream), and any damage.
7. A used return will not accepted if: it is stained, and/or it is received without the Buy and Try Return Form, and/or it is received without your official receipt, and/or it is received later than the 21-day cut-off, and/or a part of the product is missing (e.g. free insert). If the used return is rejected for any of the above reasons, you will be contacted and your return will be held for up to 1 week after we receive it until payment is made for the return postage to be shipped back to you. If after 1 week, we still have not received your payment for the return shipping, then the item/s will be considered property of the Pinoybaby Store.
8. For accepted used returns, the customer will be sent a voucher code via e-mail that the customer can use for online store credit. The store credit will be for the purchase price only, and will not include the original shipping costs.
9. Please allow up to 1 week for us to process the returns, beginning from the day we receive the items.
