How to Order and Pay

Welcome to Pinoy Baby

Philippine residents can use the shopping cart to order online, and can pay via GCash, bank deposit, PayPal (PayPal allows credit card payments) or cash-on-delivery (for Metro Manila only).

After your order has been processed, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to send your payment.

We ship via Xend, Air21, JRS, and Pedala Bike Messengers (for cash-on-delivery requests).

For shipping to countries outside of the Philippines, kindly contact us.

 

 

 

7-day Returns

In case you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns on any unused, unopened, original-condition non-consumable products in exchange for store credit. Our return policies are as follows:

 

  • You may return the item within 7 calendar days for store credit (less shipping).
  • All returns must be unused, unwashed, unopened, undamaged, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have odor, smoke, dirt, lipstick, perfume, etc.
  • For details on returning the product, kindly email us at info[at]pinoybaby[dot]com or use our contact page. We will send you an address to which you can ship the product together with the original invoice that was sent to you when the order was shipped to you. The customer will pay for the shipping expense.
  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 7 days. Any returns accepted after 7 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt. We will email you once your return has been processed.
  • Consumable items such as bath and body products (baby washes, lotions, etc.) cannot be returned.

Manufacturer Defects

We are official resellers of all the products we carry, and this means that we are in direct contact with almost all the manufacturers of the products we sell, even the manufacturers abroad. (We don't just buy our stock on Amazon and ship it via balikbayan box!)

Manufacturer defects are mistakes made by the manufacturer that make the product unusable. If you notice any manufacturer defects when you receive your item, inform us immediately and we will put you in touch with the manufacturer so you can inform them of your concern.
