Choosing the Right Pouch Size
The sizing doesn't depend on baby's size but rather on your size. It's important to get the correct-sized pouch for baby's safety and comfort. To get the right size, take a tape measure and measure loosely from the edge of your shoulder to the top of the opposite hip bone:
22-23 inches: small
23-24 inches: medium
24-25 inches: large
25-26 inches: extra-large
Another good rule of thumb is to use your shirt measurement (Asian-sized shirts). If you can't put your baby in the sling, it's too small. If the sling isn't snug or you feel like the sling is slipping off your shoulder, it's too big.
